We had an amazing stay during Thanksgiving at this hotel. the room decor was absolutely stunning and made our stay very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the port. We especially loved the passage in front of the hotel that led us to the closest restaurants and bars. the big bathroom and great shower facilities were fantastic.
That breakfast was served in a nearby bar, where the waiter didn't understand English very well. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for food, and unfortunately, the waiter forgot our coffee and juice on different mornings.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to multiple restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The receptionists were friendly and always available to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant and was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
We experienced some noise during our stay. There were some sound issues with the room that we had, and outside noise could also be heard during the night.
